Fall arrest and restraint systems are designed to provide protection to end-users at risk of falls. Pro-Net Safety Services offer a selection of modern high performance fall arrest/restraint systems for use on modern structures and roofs.
The Pro-Net System offers a cost effective performance solution for the majority of your requirements.
The design principle will protect end users from serious injury, as it greatly reduces the effects of a fall. The end user can reach a point were a fall could potentially occur.
To allow this design principle to function correctly a minimum fall clearance distance of six meters is required. This is needed to incorporate shock absorbing lanyard deployment and cable deflection, along with the size (height) of end users. A correctly designed system will arrest an end user in the event of a fall (after 2m) preventing the end user from hitting the deck.
This design principle stops the end user from reaching any position where a fall can occur, still providing the full and unrestricted access to all areas of the roof as required (gutters, fans roof lights etc) and is the recommended choice of system.

It is widely recognised that many of today’s edge protection systems have had little compliance or evidence tests made on it. That is why we use Combisafe. All Combisafe products are tested in accordance with the en 13374 standard.
Combisafe provides a full range of products and services within construction safety with various edge protection systems including steel mesh barriers, safety net fans net barrier systems, pfpe, safety and product training and temporary stairs. Its extensive range of products and components provide integrated system solutions for most building applications.
This revolutionary guardrail system provides permanent edge protection without the need to mechanically fix through the roofing membrane or building’s structure. The system has been specifically designed to provide permanent edge protection where regular access for maintenance and inspections is required.
The strength, stability and safety of the system is derived from a simple cantilever principle, hence there is no need to drill and puncture the roof membrane, as with traditional systems. This therefore avoids noise disturbance during installation and potential penetrative water damage.
The system has been specifically designed to fit all shapes and sizes of flat roofs, even circular designs. The system can also cope with changes in levels, roof falls and difficult details, such as ductwork passing over the roof edge and cable trays / plant mounted at the roof edge. The counterweight & Safeclamp design allows the system to be used on plant congested roofs and this flexibility makes even the most difficult details possible.
Pro-Guard components are an innovative, and versatile product that are used in the construction of railings, safety barriers, racks, greenhouses, structural framework, and thousands of other uses. Pro-Guard components are installed using only a standard hex key – no threading or welding required. No headaches about hot-permits, specialised labour or equipment. No pre-fabrication of tube structures in shop – everything can be assembled and built on site. They are also reusable should you wish to dismantle or redesign your structure. The possible applications are only limited by your imagination!
Our fixed steel ladders are designed for use where safe, solid vertical climbing access is required. Series F and Series M modular fixed steel ladders are available with and without walk-thru handrails at the top landing surface. Standard fixed and walk-thru models can be used up to 6m without safety cages. OSHA requires safety cages on ladder heights exceeding 6m. Separate cages are offered for updating older ladders to current safety standards. All our fixed ladders meet or exceed ANSI A14.3, OSHA 1910.27 and 1926.1053 standards.
ProNet Safety Services employs its own in-house Testing, Certification and Repair facilities for industrial safety nets to BS 1263-1:2002 and FASET's recommendations.
